Dr. Steven Gaines is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in general orthopedics and has unique expertise in adolescent and adult sports medicine and joint replacement and reconstruction. He also has done extensive research on simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty. Dr. Gaines received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his residency at the Medical College of Ohio and Mount Carmel West. He is a member of the Ohio Orthopaedic Society and the Columbus Orthopaedic Society, is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the Bassett Society.
